It can do the bleach, refine, dye and bath one time.

The patented design of the carrier cage to be contained with non-deforming , largest loading, easy to operation, dyeing high quality.

Water flow adopt with circulation structure so that the uniform temperature, low energy consumption inside tank.

Special design sampling equipment, when not open the cylinder head, can safety of accurate sampling.

Main pump motor controlled by frequency converter, according to different varieties dyed to enactment rotate speed.

Compared with regular dyeing machine can save dyeing cost, the liquor ration is 1: 8 ~ 10

Max. working temperature :  HGD :  140 ^oC |  AGD : 98 ^oC

Temperature rising rate :  about 5 ^oC/min, ( with 0.73 Mpa dried saturated steam manometer)

Temperature cooling rate : about 3 ^oC/min, ( with 25^oC, 0.3 Mpa cooling manometer)
