Main Features

1.This machine consists of fabric tension frame, width opening side locating, point powder head, net drying chamber, flattening and cooling and rolling, operator, air compressor and cleaner etc.

2. It adopts width opening fabric input structure, which highly improve the product quality.

3. Heating roller adopts inside hot oil roller by electricity, the difference in temperature is less than ±3°C, so that the stability of point powder transfering of powder quantity.

3. Bunker and cutting tool line uses cooling water cycle.

4. Net convey drying chamber improve the product flexibility.

5. Stable reving device makes the operation easy.
