SD408 series water jet loom is a heavy duty machine capable to weave heavy GSM quality fabric like Suting, Black-out, and Home textile fabric, etc:

1. Bigger bearing is applied in the shedding area, and double oil seal design prevents water leakage; mechanical suction motor is installed in the right side of the machine, which optimize the running condition of the machine;

2. Changes have been made to the shedding lever, which gives more beating power, reduces vibration and decreases the friction between reed and warp yarn;

3. Five angle or triangle beam is used as back rest to increase machine rigidity, thus the machine Is able to weave fine, high-density and heavy-duty fabrics.

SD622 series water jet loom is developed based on traditional model, while we improved its weak points, now it is suitable for weave at high speed.
