THE STENTER

In the machining process, in addition to the chemical action of the fabric Dyes Chemicals (HCTN) also subjected to mechanical action through the different stages of processing, the fabric will be stretched along the length, narrow horizontally, the warp weft not perpendicular to the fabric surface or even a disability and many other weaknesses. Therefore, the revision of, reshaping the fabric items are an indispensable process and giving them the necessary features to meet the needs of the people as well as help using durable fabrics.

After passing through the fabric stretch shaping machines, fabric width will be stable, limiting the fabric shrinkage, help the weft yarns are perpendicular to each other along, gaining about color, depending on the type of sensory ... fabric requirements will have different operating conditions.

The stenter machines basically consists of the following parts:

• Cluster fabric entrance, centering device

• Cluster paddle mangle

• Cluster speed compensator, manual skew weft straightner

• The control switch fabric,  temperature, monitor controls

• Cluster Overfeed, pinned fabric to make selvedge

• Division clamps, cloth and keep moving: needles, clamps, rails ...

• The heat drying chamber, exhaust ducts

• Cluster fabric width adjustment

• Cluster cooling fabric

• Division cropping, cutting the wings, slitter ..

• Cluster the fabric exit

Today, the stenter machine splash pool shaping a new generation of China, Korea, Taiwan ... focused on the design precision actuator, achieving high-speed, durable, economical use and reuse heat, clean production ... contribute to improving quality of fabric treatment to meet the increasing requirements of the market.

The NCSC Vietnam  is introducing several models of  stenter machine is designed to shape the criteria. Machines used for flat woven fabrics, knitted, and the various forms of outsourcing, fully consistent with the Vietnamese market.
