The automatic digital control machine is used for folding and counting cloth in workshop of textile mill, silk weaving, dyeing and printing mill.

Features:

The machine is equipped with PLC automatic system to control servo motor for reciprocating movement. The machine has function as follows:

●Hydraulic system controls pressing cloth device.

●Stepping motor adjusts the length automatically.

●Hydraulic system controls lifting of working table.

●Fabric feeding device controls the tension of fabric. The above functions can be controlled by touch screen to solve the difficulty for folding thin, sueding, chiffon, grosgrain, silk fabric and spandex fabric. Display can show the malfunction on screen to help solving the repairing difficulty.
