Uses :

It is used to flat squeeze and dry full cotton, chemical fiber and blending fabrics.

Technological flow:

Flat feed cloth → electric edge guide → three rollers padder → automatic expanding

→one-two or three poles drying machine→flat cropping.

Main technological parameters:

Machine direction: left hand or right hand

Working range: ~ 2200mm (option)

Machine speed: 35~70m/min (designed machine speed)

Mode of cloth feed and cropping: flat feed and flat cropping.

(Power-1800mm): 9.6KW (AC frequency control of motor speed).
