Cylinder dryer machine

1. Product use:

This machine is used to dry medical gauze after scouring and bleaching.

2. Process flow

Unrolling inlet→ Free plaiting into cloth storage box → open-width inlet→ single column 10-cylinder dryer

→ swing plaiting into cloth storage box → open-width inlet→ rolling to outlet

Inlet and outlet mode: unrolling inlet, rolling to outlet

Control: adjust magnetic power clutch to input pressure then changing tension.

Winding device: with tidy-side self-control device, the oil pump power: 0.55KW.
