You have been used to infrared dyeing machines in laboratories. These machines are commonly used to perform dyeing sample of fabrics or yarns ... They simulate actual dyeing processes, according to the technological applications of small quantities of technology prior to mass  production. However, in practice , most medium and large dyeing machines use heat from hot steam; Very rarely have infrared power equipment. This has created a gap between reality and modeling. As a result, the results from the experiment differed from that of the production. The effect of the infrared heat is quite different from that of hot steam. In order to overcome that shortcoming and meet the requirements of dyestuff manufacturers, some small and medium infrared dyeing devices were born.

 NCSC Vietnam is supplying IR dyeing machines that has small & medium size with capacity from 20 - 30 - 40 - 60 liters; can dye with different materials: 100% cotton, blended yarn, PE, wool, rayon ... with max. 145 ^oC dyeing temperature.
