Drying is an intermediate process, very common in the dyeing industry. The aim is to reduce the amount of water , moisture content in textiles reaches a certain requirement.

In the dyeing industry, almost every stage, before going through the other stages, must be dried.

The drying process is a process that consumes a lot of energy, so before drying, the material needs to be mechanically separated: rubber presses, vacuum extractors, centrifuges, compressed air. The pre-drying of the water not only saves a lot of energy, it also helps to avoid the chemical residue remaining on the surface of the textile material after drying, improving the quality of the product.
