Auto both side hemming machine for terry twels, table linen, pillow cases, cleaning cloths, blankets, bed sheets, napkins, dishcloths, …

• An auto centering device at the entry of ensure  that fabric remains aligned to the center of the sewing station; photoelectrical sensors control the alignment.
• Sewing speed rangers from 0 – 20 m/min at 3 stitches per cm ( 6000 rpm), by a potentionmeter ( in addition with operator’s skill , fabric and yarn quality also effects the speed ).
• Both side motorized sewing stations steer independently by pipe line scanning sensor.
• Both side  sewing stations are equipted with yarn threed breaking sensors and AC motorized pullers : Speed and different selvedge tentions are controlled by idependent inverters.
• Repairs on the machine ; reverse  stittch is possible for on-spot repair.
• As per customer request , sewing heads are aviable in both single needle and 2-needle.
• Max. working widths are avaiable for as 800 – 1000 – 1200 -1500 -1800 …
