AUTO LENGTH CUTTING MACHINE

An AC motor drive automatic fabric alignment device controls the position of the fabric it has an electrical edge photo sensor.

Dual extension devices keep the fabric stretched and extended .

Each cutting unit is independent and centered so electronic photo scanning sensors keep the fabric between pile line.

Following detecting groups are available (upon customer’s request) :

Metallic thread / Printed color line / Missing warp picks

Product Dimensions :

Min. width between two cutters : 250 mm (option)

Max. working width : 2000 2400 2700 3000 mm (option)

An infinitely adjustable potentiometer ( 0- 40 m/min) controls ; the speed 50 m/min can be available ( option).
